My cooking demonstration at Broadmeadows shopping centre was very well received.
My cooking demostration was held at Broadmeadows shopping centre during their international food festival at noon on Wednesday, March 5, just outside Coles supermarket.
The demonstrations was fun, interactive and there will be tastings, too. Interesting prizes were given to some lucky people in the audience! Everyone enjoyed sampling the crunchy pork noodle balls and Thai lamb salad.
A few enthusiastic shoppers also walked away with lovely prizes, including the Women's Weekly Australian Pork Cookbook and cute piggy banks!
