The launch of My Last Supper photo exhibition by Melanie Dunea at the Atrium of Crown Entertainment Complex was well attended by chefs, celebrities and foodies.

Fergus Henderson and his wife Margot own St John in the UK, where they offer pared –down cuisine in an ascetic setting. Fergus’s cookbook, Nose to Tail Eating, received worldwide acclaim.
Vimal Dhar is one of India’s renowned young chefs and is corporate chef for the HRH group of hotels. He is based at Udaipur at the exotic Devi Garh Palace in Rajasthan.
Scott Hallsworth trained with the legendary Nobu and is head chef at Nobu Melbourne.
Jonathan Waxman left his career as a trombonist when he decided that cooking was more his style. He is chef-owner of Barbuto in New York City and West County Grill in Sebastopol, California.
Philippe Mouchel has cooked in France, America, Asia and Australia and is a protégé of the legendary Paul Bocuse. He now cooks at The Brasserie by Philippe Mouchel at Crown.
