The restaurant provides work experience, hospitality training and a supportive environment, enabling Aboriginal and disadvantaged young people to transition to mainstream employment. This year Taste of Melbourne introduces the Taste POP UP which showcases four different restaurants: Indulge your senses with the finest produce including chocolate, environmentally friendly meats, luscious ice-creams, honey, olive oil, pastas, Tea Blossoms, baked goods, dairy produce, kitchen equipment and utensils and much much more! Indulge your senses at Taste of Melbourne 2010. Plus, the Yarra Valley and Upper Goulburn regions will present an abundance of their premium produce in a farmer’s market environment. Lift your spirits with fine wines, spirits, beers and liqueurs from all over the world and also delicious coffee. Relax in the VIP lounge and get up close and personal with your favourite chef at the cooking demonstrations.
