Hi Ida
I cooked your Chicken Curry dish last night. The aromas in the kitchen were amazing, it was therapeutic to prepare and an absolute ball to cook, not to
mention it tasted beautiful.
I just had some leftovers for lunch and one of the journalists commented on the beautiful aroma
surrounding the lunch room.
I have attached some photos of my attempt at your recipe, I overcooked the potatoes but it still tasted delicious.
Wasn't sure if it was cardamom pods or seeds, as I used pods. I used probably three, crushed.
