Hi Ida
 
I cooked your Chicken Curry dish last night. The aromas in the kitchen were amazing, it was therapeutic to prepare and an absolute ball to cook, not to curry_ingredientsmention it tasted beautiful.
 
I just had some leftovers for lunch and one of the journalists commented on the beautiful aroma surrounding the lunch room.
 
I have attached some photos of my attempt at your recipe, I overcooked the potatoes but it still tasted delicious.
Wasn't sure if it was cardamom pods or seeds, as I used pods. I used probably three, crushed.curry_with_rice
